Here are some pics of one of my morning runs with Jamie and Lindsy in Ndola. We ran through a nice neighborhood, well manicured lawns, pretty flowers. Kids were walking to school. It was a nice run, but physically difficult for me since it was uphill. Lindsy and Jamie had no trouble - they went ahead and picked me up on their return. :)
